As a new-venture management expert with extensive international entrepreneurial experience providing analytic, functional, and administrative skills in all aspects of corporate management, turnarounds, corporate financial structuring and team building. I co-founded and served as the original President of CF Acceptance, Inc. a consumer finance company with an exclusive relationship with John Deere Credit, warehouse-financed by PaineWebber. 

Serving as the founder and Chief Financial Officer, then Chief Executive Officer of Securities Communications Network, Inc. (“SCN”), a privately held, international, private telecommunications network dedicated to the securities and general financial services industry worldwide. I served as Managing Director of SCN’s European Branch: SCN (UK) Ltd.  Active in my church as an usher and volunteer, my civic functions include co-founding the Colorado Capital Congress whose mission was to make it easier for Colorado businesses of all sizes to raise money.
